Soluzione trovata ? da ora in poi passerò sempre qui e non ad altri centri assistenza della zona che sono pessimi come servizio e come tempi di attesa per i prodotti in riparazione.
Staff always available to find a solution even if the appliance in question is not within its competence. Solution found ? from now on I will always pass here and not to other service centers in the area that are bad as a service and as waiting times for products being repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una macchinetta del caffè De Longhi in assistenza tramite il Mediaworld e dopo circa 2 settimane è tornata senza nessuna riparazione. Hanno affermato che non c'era nessun guasto mentre la macchinetta continua a perdere acqua da tutte le parti e il caffè non esce!!!
I brought a De Longhi coffee machine for assistance through Mediaworld and after about 2 weeks it returned without any repairs. They claimed that there was no breakdown while the machine continues to leak water from all sides and the coffee does not come out !!!
