 Rude and annoyed staff, half an hour waiting to talk to an employee to be told: "It's not my department, I'm sending you a colleague" I'm still waiting ... rude and incompetent !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un frigorifero Haier Combo da circa € 1.000,00 con la richiesta di cambiare il verso di apertura dello sportello. Il cambio di apertura lo effettua una ditta di Avezzano, estranea a MW, che presta assistenza su marchi Haier. Dopo aver contattato la ditta, si presenta il tecnico dell'assistenza, che dopo aver smontato gli sportelli asserisce che il frigo Haier Combo presentava un difetto per cui non era possibile effettuare il cambio del verso di apertura.
Comprensibile il nostro il primo sconforto. Alla fine grazie proprio all'intervento di MediaWorld Avezzano ed in particolare al responsabile del settore Elettrodomestici, che con esperienza e professionalità ha portato a termine il lavoro. Non c'era alcun difetto. In un attimo ha sostituito il verso degli sportelli. Un gigantesco grazie a MW che ci ha assistito fino in fondo ed anche oltre. Ancora Grazie.
I bought a Haier Combo refrigerator for about € 1,000.00 with the request to change the direction of opening the door. The change of opening is carried out by a company in Avezzano, unrelated to MW, which provides assistance on Haier brands. After having contacted the company, the assistance technician shows up, who after having disassembled the doors asserts that the Haier Combo fridge had a defect for which it was not possible to change the opening direction.
Our first discomfort is understandable. In the end, thanks to the intervention of MediaWorld Avezzano and in particular to the head of the household appliances sector, who completed the job with experience and professionalism. There was no flaw. In an instant it replaced the direction of the doors. A huge thanks to MW who assisted us all the way and beyond. Thank you again.

Stessa storia quando ho acquistato il drone , un altra volta quando presi una telecamera...
L'ultima volta ho acquistato un telefonino sabato 05 Marzo 2022, ero il primo della cassa, mi hanno fatto pagare dopo 10 minuti di attesa, sempre senza motivo!
Penso che se non avete voglia di lavorate, girate altrove.
Non vedrete più un euro da me!
Very slow, unpleasant and rude speakers, always annoyed, they don't calculate you, they take and disappear .... the usual one every time.
Same story when I bought the drone, another time when I got a camera ...
The last time I bought a mobile phone Saturday 05 March 2022, I was the first at the cashier, they made me pay after 10 minutes of waiting, always for no reason!
I think if you don't feel like working, look elsewhere.
You will never see a euro from me again!
