Ho avuto un problema con il mio huawei P 30 lite, schermo rotto, batteria ormai esausta, dopo un ora sotto le loro mani era nuovo ad un prezzo più che onesto. Ricambi originali, trasparenza, ascolto del cliente e risoluzione dei problemi, io sono rimasto soddisfattissimo, e lo consiglio vivamente a occhi chiusi. Grazie ancora continuate così Emiliano e Luigi. Excellent professionalism, Emiliano and Luigi two very well prepared, helpful and consistent people. I had a problem with my huawei P 30 lite, broken screen, exhausted battery, after an hour under their hands it was new at a more than fair price. Original spare parts, transparency, listening to the customer and solving problems, I was very satisfied, and I highly recommend it with your eyes closed. Dopo qualche notte nel riso persistevano problemi di condensa nelle fotocamere (il mio modello non è certificato IP 67/68). Con un prezzo più che accettabile mi hanno proposto di sottoporlo ad un trattamento ad infrarossi che ha eliminato ogni forma di condensa nelle componenti interne e nella fotocamera, restituendomi uno smartphone nel pieno della sua funzionalità. After a few nights in the rice condensation problems persisted in the cameras (my model is not IP 67/68 certified). Una mattina chiamo perché avevo bisogno di sistemare il telefonino della mia nipote, che tramite il progetto Erasmus e arrivata nel comune di Celano, e mi risponde il signor Luigi che mi ha messo al mio aggio gia dal primo saluto, in poche parole li spiego il problema del telefonino ( telecamera frontale rotta, schermo e pellicola da sostituire) e li spiego anche che la mia nipote non conosce la zona e non puo spostarsi fino ad Avezzano dove ce il negozio. Senza battere ciglio e senza chiedermi garanzie il signor Luigi e andato personalmente da Avezzano a Celano a ritirare il telefonino ed e riuscito a ripararlo e consegnarlo già il giorno dopo. Vi immaginate che sono riuscito ad accontentare la mia nipote da 700 km di distanza e tutto questo grazie al signor Luigi che ringrazio con cuore per la sua incredibile disponibilità e ringrazio anche per l'impeccabile lavoro che ha fatto con tanta passione e con tanta professionalità.
