Giusto ieri mi reco presso il negozio, scelgo un paio di scarpe e, per la prova, mi rivolgo alla commessa (come specificato da cartellonistica). Chiedo gentilmente un paio di calze monouso (che avete sempre fornito in passato) e ricevo una risposta del tipo "no, le calze non le possiamo dare, non sono a norma, le calzature vengono sanificate."
Faccio presente alla commessa che in moltissimi altri negozi di scarpe (a Roma, ad esempio) le calze vengono comunque fornite dal personale vista la situazione... la risposta (poco professionale, tra l'altro) che mi viene data è la seguente: "se gli altri negozi non sono a norma il problema non è il nostro."
Ah. Quindi le calze usa e getta e tutti i negozi che le forniscono non sarebbero a norma??? E voi, invece???
Complimenti alla serietà e alla professionalità dimostrate.
Risultato: due clienti perse.
I state that I have been a customer for about 20 years. Just yesterday I go to the shop, choose a pair of shoes and, for the test, I contact the saleswoman (as specified by the signs). I kindly ask for a pair of disposable socks (which you have always provided in the past) and receive an answer like "no, we can't give the socks, they are not up to standard, the shoes are sanitized."
I would like to point out to the clerk that in many other shoe shops (in Rome, for example) socks are still provided by the staff given the situation ... the answer (unprofessional, by the way) that I am given is the following: "if the other shops are not up to standard, the problem is not ours."
Ah. So the disposable socks and all the shops that supply them wouldn't be up to standard ??? And you, instead ???
Congratulations to the seriousness and professionalism shown.
Result: two lost customers.

Quando si è recato in negozio per cambiarle gli è stato detto che poteva sostituirle SOLO con un altro numero ma non con un altro modello... Ora ci ritroviamo con scarpe nuove e grandi, avendo speso dei soldi tra l'altro... Lo sconsiglio vivamente!!!
I bought a pair of shoes for my father and being a gift, wearing them they were tight with the sole ... When he went to the shop to change them he was told that he could ONLY replace them with another number but not with another model .. Now we find ourselves with new and great shoes, having spent some money among other things ... I strongly advise against it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un paio di scarpe 3 gg fa. Oggi vado in negozio per cambiarle perché troppo grandi (era un regalo) con regolare scontrino. La commessa mi comunica che posso solo cambiare numero, perché l articolo era in saldo. Bene, peccato che il mio numero era finito! Così chiedo alla commessa con cosa posso cambiarlo, lei mi dice che a questo punto non posso effettuare il cambio, devo tenere le scarpe! Non commento! Non tornerò mai più in questo negozio, non andateci neanche voi.
We bought a pair of shoes 3 days ago. Today I go to the shop to change them because they are too big (it was a gift) with a regular receipt. The saleswoman tells me that I can only change the number, because the item was on sale. Well, too bad my number was finished! So I ask the saleswoman what I can change it with, she tells me that at this point I can't make the change, I have to keep my shoes! No comment! I will never go back to this shop, don't go there either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con grande rammarico, essendo una cliente del negozio da molti anni, mi trovo ad esprimere tutto il mio disappunto per una situazione davvero incresciosa.
Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe per un totale di oltre trecento euro, mi è stato assicurato che avrei potuto cambiarle nell'eventualità con scarpe dello stesso tipo. Torno in negozio dopo qualche giorno per un cambio colore ma purtroppo non c'è il mio numero disponibile nel colore che desidero. La responsabile mi fa presente perentoriamente che non posso cambiare con altre scarpe e non può farmi un buono acquisto. Esco dal negozio con un paio di scarpe che non potrò utilizzare e con tanta
rabbia e delusione.
