★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ti pubblicizzano di prenotare un appuntamento per evitare la fila, faccio un acquisto online di un telefono con ritiro in negozio, mi arriva la mail per andare a ritirare e anche lì mi consigliano di prenotare uno slot orario per il ritiro e di non sgarrare di 10 minuti altrimenti annullano l'appuntamento. Sono li nei dintorni del centro commerciale e mezz'ora prima iniziano ad arrivarmi sms dove mi ricordano l'appuntamento. Sono in pausa pranzo, quindi per me l'orario dell'appuntamento era fondamentale. Arrivo al corner telefonia per ritirare il mio acquisto e cosa trovo? Una fila di gente in attesa con il numero eliminacode. Informo il commesso che ho un appuntamento e cosa mi risponde con arroganza: Si deven mettere in fila e attendere il suo turno. Nel frattempo passano i famosi 10 minuti del mio appuntamento e sono li in fila ad aspettare e mi arriva un sms che mi informa che il mio appuntamento è stato annullato perchè non mi sono presentato. Risultato: 45 minuti per ritirare un telefono (azione da 1 minuto) arrivato in ritardo al lavoro. Sono imbarazzanti... prossima volta comprerò su amazon e vado a ritirare nel locker di fianco a loro.. di sicuro non farò fila e il locker sarà meno sgodevole del commesso.

I am there in the vicinity of the shopping center and half an hour before I start to get sms where they remind me of the appointment. I'm on my lunch break, so the appointment time was crucial for me. I arrive at the telephone corner to collect my purchase and what do I find? A line of people waiting with the queuing number. I inform the clerk that I have an appointment and what he arrogantly replies: You have to line up and wait for his turn. In the meantime, the famous 10 minutes of my appointment pass and I'm waiting in line and a text message arrives informing me that my appointment has been canceled because I didn't show up. Result: 45 minutes to pick up a phone (1 minute action) that arrived late for work. They are embarrassing ... next time I will buy on amazon and go to collect in the locker next to them .. for sure I will not queue and the locker will be less unpleasant than the clerk.
