Dopo aver acquistato il Kirby, dopo un singolo utilizzo di pochi minuti ho ritenuto l'aspirapolvere non idoneo alle mie esigenze ed ho esercitato il diritto di recesso nei termini previsti a norma di legge. Ho restituito nel marzo 2018 l'aspirapolvere in perfetto stato, assolutamente pulito e opportunamente disposto all'interno della confezione. L'aspirapolvere è stato dunque trattenuto e il contratto rescisso. Ho chiesto ovviamente anche la restituzione dell'anticipo di 190€ ma questo ad oggi, 29/10/2018, non mi è ancora stato restituito. Spero si tratti di una "semplice dimenticanza", a dispetto dei numerosi solleciti.
VERY NEGATIVE JUDGMENT - NO ADVANCE REFUND 190 € AFTER RETURN
After purchasing the Kirby, after a single use of a few minutes I found the vacuum cleaner unsuitable for my needs and I exercised the right of withdrawal within the terms provided by law. In March 2018 I returned the vacuum cleaner in perfect condition, absolutely clean and properly arranged inside the package. The vacuum cleaner was therefore withheld and the contract terminated. Obviously, I also asked for the repayment of the advance of € 190 but as of today, 29/10/2018, it has not yet been returned to me. I hope it is a "simple forgetfulness", in spite of the numerous reminders.

Ho comprato a novembre 2021 il Kirby, dopo 3 giorni ho realizzato che non era adatto alle mie esigenze, l'ho riconsegnato di persona. Sono tre mesi che sollecito il rimborso e non mi rispondono più. Davvero un comportamento disonesto!
Really bad they didn't refund me and they don't answer me anymore!
I bought the Kirby in November 2021, after 3 days I realized it was not suitable for my needs, I returned it in person. I have been asking for a refund for three months and they no longer answer me. Really dishonest behavior!
