Ci sono tante dottoresse pronte a servire i clienti e a smaltire celermente le file.
La farmacia è comodamente raggiungibile (sotto il portico del Villaggio INA di Borgo Panigale); arrivando in auto è facile trovare parcheggio proprio di fronte, ottimo anche con l'autobus perché è proprio al capolinea del 13.
Si possono prenotare esami (servizio Cup).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto alcune recensioni che trovo fuori luogo. Vero che a volte mancano alcuni medicinali (quelli non usuali) ma è anche vero che nel giro di poche ore li procurano. Sul fatto della fiscalità, penso che oggi sia più che necessaria. Nessuno è scortese, anzi. A volte capita di non trovare forse quel sorriso che molti auspicano, però la professionalità è sempre presente. Io vado da anni e mi trovo molto bene, le dottoresse Chiara e Benedetta sempre disponibili e sorridenti. Quando ci sono le lunghe file, l'attesa è minima. Sono molto soddisfatta e non cambierei per nulla. Si chiede cortesia e sorriso, ma noi siamo sicuri di rivolgerci a loro nello stesso modo?
I have read some reviews that I find out of place. It is true that sometimes some medicines are missing (the unusual ones) but it is also true that within a few hours they get them. On the matter of taxation, I think it is more than necessary today. Nobody is rude, quite the contrary. Sometimes it happens that you may not find that smile that many wish for, but professionalism is always present. I have been going for years and I am very happy, the doctors Chiara and Benedetta always available and smiling. When there are long lines, the wait is minimal. I am very satisfied and I would not change for anything. Courtesy and a smile are asked, but are we sure to address them in the same way?
