La commessa mi ha confermato che ne avevano solamente uno del colore e della taglia che desideravo e mi ha chiesto se volessi che lo tenessero da parte fino alla sera. Anche se il negozio non è vicino a casa ho confermato la mia intenzione di passare entro il pomeriggio a ritirare l'articolo. Purtroppo però, quando sono arrivata, l'unico pezzo disponibile era già stato venduto ad un'altra cliente. La commessa, che non era la stessa con cui avevo parlato la mattina al telefono, mi ha proposto di avvisarmi quando sarebbe stato riassortito l'articolo e ,solo su mia insistenza ha verificato la disponibilità presso altri negozi. Penso che in questo punto vendita si possa migliorare l'attenzione al cliente. I phoned this morning asking if they had the availability of an article. Dal momento che gli articoli da uomo non sono esposti era sottinteso che dovesse essere lei stessa a tirarli fuori dal magazzino, dopo 5 min di attesa guardandola (che stava servendo con tutta calma la sola altra cliente presente) ho deciso di andarmene. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! A few minutes ago I went into the shop asking if there were any men's items, not seeing them; the contract answers me with a simple yes. Since men's items are not on display it was understood that she herself had to pull them out of the warehouse, after 5 minutes of waiting, looking at her (who was calmly serving the only other customer present) I decided to leave. PESSIMA EXPERIENCE!
