★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente scortese, e senza voglia di risolvere i problemi dei clienti, insomma senza voglia di lavorare .... inoltre nel orario di lavoro mentre ci sono clienti che aspettano per risolvere le loro cose, il personale esce per andare a prendere un caffè( vergognoso ) .... insomma dobbiamo aspettare e aspettare e aspettare...
Really rude staff, and without wanting to solve customers' problems, in short, without wanting to work .... also in working hours while there are customers waiting to solve their things, the staff goes out to go for a coffee ( shameful) ... well we have to wait and wait and wait ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da 2 anni a questa parte il personale "nuovo" non è accomodante e in certi casi poco competente!
Si viene trattati con sufficienza e a volte con arroganza nonostante si è clienti da decenni.
La politica di Unicredit di ruotare il personale da una sede ad altra produce questi effetti di allontanamento del cliente.
Peccato dover cambiare banca poiché mi sono sempre trovato bene!
For 2 years now the "new" staff is not accommodating and in some cases not very competent!
People are treated with disdain and sometimes with arrogance despite having been a customer for decades.
Unicredit's policy of rotating staff from one location to another produces these effects of customer expulsion.
Too bad having to change bank as I have always enjoyed it!
