★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 minuti d'attesa alla cassa, impossibile fare un pagamento interbancario per le tasse universitarie. Sono dovuta tornare con 1700 euro in contanti. Trovo pazzesco che nel 2017 una banca come unicredit non offra modalità di pagamento meno anacronistiche

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale molto comoda per la zona. Purtroppo è attualmente in versione cash-free di pomeriggio. Due bancomat esterni di recente aggiornamento, un bancomat interno predisposto al versamento contanti ed assegni. Personale disponibile, porta di ingresso che blocca con metal detector qualche volta sì e qualche volta no, costringendo a lasciare fuori gli oggetti metallici nelle apposite cassettine previo versamento di una cauzione in monete.

La banca è sempre piena, essendo vicina all'università Sapienza, l'elevata affluenza di studenti si somma ai soliti clienti di ogni banca. La risposta della struttura a tale dato è la messa a disposizione di UN SOLO sportello per pagare...gli altri 3 si occupano di altro...Per i signori più anziani ci sono 3 sedie per attendere, male che vada si riposano a turni...
Nel 2019 un servizio del genere è vergognoso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la comunicazione con l'impiegato esterno che fa entrare non ha funzionato, non ascolta le esigenze del cliente. Ho perso un operazione è dei soldi per colpa dell ottusità di queste persone che hanno un attenzione al cliente pari a zero.
