 Rude and incompetent staff. It indicates that they didn't know how to do anything and another bcc was very much fired on everything

Sono stato ricevuto per una consulenza ed ho avuto un’ottima assistenza, anche se ho dovuto attendere un bel po’. Sono in una posizione strategica: sulla Via della Lega Lombarda, a un paso da Piazza Bologna e questo consente di essere raggiungibile anche con i maggiori mezzi pubblici che distano poche centinaia di metri e collegano ad esempio la Stazione Termini. Per maggiore sicurezza, il bancomat è accessibile dall’interno e per entrare bisogna inserire prima il proprio bancomat. Purtroppo non è ancora presente uno scivolo per disabili, ma i locali sono tutti accessibili a persone con ridotta mobilità.
It is a welcoming bank thanks also to the very professional and friendly branch staff. I was received for advice and I had excellent support, even though I had to wait a long time. They are in a strategic position: on the Via della Lega Lombarda, a step from Piazza Bologna and this allows it to be reached also with the major public transportation that are a few hundred meters away and connect for example the Termini Station. For added security, the ATM is accessible from the inside and to enter you must first enter your ATM. Unfortunately there is not yet a slide for the disabled, but the premises are all accessible to people with reduced mobility.
