Fast, efficient and clean. Loaded my laundry into a machine and the staff took over.
One medium load was done in about 1:15hrs. 8€ including soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff when it came to preparing laundry and took care of transfer from washer to dryer. Speaks english well and instructions in multiple languages. Nice area with lots of cafes and bars to eat and drink while you wait. Very tourist friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on a Sunday morning. I'm glad it opens on Sundays unlike most commercial venues in Italy. It was very busy, I guess Sundays are busy. Luckily at the time I arrived I was able to find one free washer and then just had to wait 5 minutes for a dryer. There was a girl that was extremely helpful and she herself put the soap in the washer and took care of timing. It was 3.50euros for a load of washer (39 minutes)+ 3.50 for 20 minutes of dryer (more than enough to dry all clothes)+1euro for soap.

Came back an hour later, everything was done by very lovely young lady working hard but still with the smile on her face :) really appreciate the top quality service and will definitely come back again when in Rome;)

My wife and I had just come from a hostel in Naples and needed to clean all of our stuff, including our backpacks, somewhere before checking into our hotel. The Moldovan girl working there was extremely kind and patient working with us to meet all of our specific needs in a timely manner. It was well worth the walk from the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and a perfect location when visiting Sapienza University for work and need to clean some clothes.
They are very helpful and speak English very well, at least the staff I interacted with.
It only cost me 8 euros for a load of clothes to wash and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great find. We desperately needed to do laundry and found this place where the attendant was super nice and helpful. She spoke excellent English, as well, which made it a lot easier to do our laundry. The process were very reasonable. The place was very clean and the machines looked very well maintained. I'd definitely recommend going here if you find yourself in the area and need to do laundry.
