I used it to wash and iron sheets. For washing nothing to say, but ironing was worth it. Not worth the expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono stati in grado di levare una semplice macchia d'olio da un pantalone nuovo che è stato rovinato. Al che NON mi è stato proposto un rimborso ma sono stato insultato in vari modi: da poveraccio (perché quel pantalone secondo il proprietario non valeva niente) a ladro (dato che sono del sud Italia) questo per aver solo fatto notare il danno subíto. Da denuncia. Incompetenza e ignoranza regnano in questa piccola lavanderia che vive sulle spalle dei fuorisede che abitano in zona e quindi sul turn over clienti (ho avuto altre testimonianze di capi rovinati).
They have not been able to remove a simple oil slick from a new pair of trousers that has been ruined. To which I was not offered a refund but I was insulted in various ways: from poor (because that pants according to the owner was not worth anything) to thief (since I am from southern Italy) this for having only pointed out the damage suffered. From complaint. Incompetence and ignorance reign in this small laundry that lives on the shoulders of off-site residents who live in the area and therefore on the turn over of customers (I had other testimonies of ruined garments).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto lavare ed asciugare presso la lavanderia Happy Wash 3 t-shirt, 3 slip, una camicia, un pantalone di cotone leggero, un asciugamano ed un sacchetto da spesa in tela di cotone. Usano mettere pochissimo detersivo perciò sono andato a comprarlo io.
Alla consegna mi hanno chiesto 5€ per il lavaggio e 6€ per la asciugatura ... 6 euro solo per asciugare pochi vestiti!!!
Per un totale di 11euro ... perché secondo loro ogni kWh costa caro ... mi danno il sacchetto con le mie cose ed arrivederci! Senza uno scontrino fiscale!
Allora sono tornato ed ho voluto lo scontrino fiscale, che avevano il dovere di darmi contestualmente al pagamento ed alla consegna delle mie cose.
Quanto all'arrivederci, se lo possono scordare di rivedermi!!!
Sconsiglio questa lavanderia, a Roma si possono fare volentieri 500 metri di strada in più e trovare prezzo e servizio migliori.
I had 3 t-shirts, 3 briefs, a shirt, a light cotton trousers, a towel and a cotton canvas shopping bag washed and dried at the Happy Wash laundry. They use very little detergent so I went to buy it myself.
Upon delivery they asked me for € 5 for washing and € 6 for drying ... 6 € just to dry a few clothes !!!
For a total of 11 euros ... because according to them each kWh costs dear ... they give me the bag with my things and goodbye! Without a receipt!
So I went back and I wanted the receipt, which they had the duty to give me at the same time as the payment and delivery of my things.
As for goodbye, they can forget to see me again !!!
I do not recommend this laundry, in Rome you can gladly do 500 meters of road more and find better price and service.
