★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la seconda volta ho avuto una pessima esperienza e mi rivolgo non certo alla persona con cui ho parlato telefonicamente che ha giustamente provato a rimediare bensì alla Responsabile dello Sportello. Quest ultima ha di nuovo dimostrato assoluta incompetenza e scarsa cura e attenzione nei confronti di un potenziale cliente. Ripeto nulla contro la dipendente con la quale ho avuto contatti telefonici, diciamo pure "il pesce puzza dalla capa". Da evitare come la peste da qui all eternità. Dovrebbero cambiare mestiere.
For the second time I had a very bad experience and I am certainly not addressing the person I spoke to by phone who rightly tried to remedy the problem, but the Head of the Desk. The latter has again shown absolute incompetence and little care and attention towards a potential client. I repeat nothing against the employee with whom I had telephone contact, let's say "the fish stinks from the head". To be avoided like the plague from here to eternity. They should change jobs.

Poca chiarezza, professionalità ed educazione. Dopo numerose chiamate e visite in sede e dopo aver iniziato la pratica a giugno riceverò il rimborso delle spese del 2019 nel 2021. Mi dispiace davvero tanto per quest'esperienza che mi porta a non consigliare più assolutamente un'attività in cui riponevo fiducia e a trovare una soluzione alternativa.
I have been a client of this desk for more than five years and I have always found myself very well. The last experience for the 7e30 was nothing short of bad. Little clarity, professionalism and education. After numerous calls and visits to the office and after starting the practice in June I will receive the reimbursement of the expenses of 2019 in 2021. I am very sorry for this experience that leads me to absolutely no longer recommend an activity in which I trusted and to find an alternative solution.
