 Excellent CAF to handle any type of need or problem, trained, friendly and extremely professional staff. Everything you could want from a customer service department! The location is also excellent, easily reachable by public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono settimane che provo a contattarvi. Nessuno risponde e quando provo a passare il caf è chiuso. Avete in mano la pratica di richiesta di accompagno di mia madre, e poiché l'avete presentata voi gli altri caf non riescono ad accedere!!! Ma che fine avete fatto???? Sono senza parole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo centro di recente per assistenza nel compilare il 730 e allo sportello l'impiegata mi ha detto: "noi qui raccogliamo solo la documentazione e la inviamo a dei consulenti esterni, se vuole consulenza paghi 500€ e vada da un commercialista..."
I recently turned to this center for assistance in filling in the 730 and at the counter the employee told me: "here we only collect the documentation and send it to external consultants, if you want advice, pay € 500 and go to an accountant ... "

Chiamati successivamente mi dicono che dovrò pagare altri soldi per effettuarne la modifica e di sentirci poco dopo per la disponibilità. Chiamati di nuovo non mi danno la disponibilità a causa del "Pre-Friday". Donna al telefono alquanto scortese, sconsigliato.
Not recommended, I was given wrong information to make a document. Called later they tell me that I will have to pay more money to make the change and to speak to us shortly after for availability. Called again they don't give me availability due to "Pre-Friday". Woman on the phone somewhat rude, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was impossibile to get in contact with them. I understand the covid...but noone ever answers to the useless telephone and/or mobile. I sent a written request...they told me to phone to get an appointment... even if...they do not answer to the phone or call back.... And my issue was very urgent: 104 for oncological desease at last stadium. No further comment
