Dopo circa un mese di continui contatti telefonici per concludere sull'affitto di una stanza l'agente è sparito e mi ha lasciato senza nulla in mano. Da evitare assolutamente! BAD AGENCY! Cercando casa in affitto, con proposta di locazione accettata a luglio per ottobre e contratto firmato da parte nostra nei primi di settembre, il 28 settembre veniamo a sapere che la proprietaria non aveva firmato il contratto. Risultato: ci ritroviamo con un pugno di mosche ai primi di ottobre. Pessima agenzia. Zero professionalism. Looking for a house for rent, with a rental proposal accepted in July for October and a contract signed by us in early September, on September 28 we learn that the owner had not signed the contract. En mi caso iba a trabajar y hablo la lengua por lo que simplemente ya no me contestan a ningún mensaje. Nos estafaron 1560 euros!! y con la excusa de las humedades las cuales estaba más que claro (y corroborado por una arquitecta y una restauradora mural ) que ya estaban con anterioridad y más sabiendo que en la legislación italiana las humedades cuentan como problemática estructural, por lo que sería responsabilidad de la casera. Además, no nos asistieron cuando se atascó el fregadero (el cual arreglamos nosotros mismos sacando una piedra de cal que obstruía el flujo). A esto le sumamos el control continuo de cuando entrabamos y salíamos de casa ya que el piso se encontraba justo delante de la inmobiliaria. Uno de sus empleados, sin ningún tipo de confianza, llegó incluso a decirme que su compañero estaba interesado en mi insistiendo en que hablásemos. PATÉTICO. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto tanto por las faltas de respeto como por la incompetencia que han mostrado. Hanno trovato subito la soluzione che faceva al caso mio, sin da subito sono stati disponibili ed efficaci nell'intermediazione con il proprietario di casa e sono stati sempre presenti durante il periodo della locazione per qualsiasi dubbio o problema relativi anche a fattori tecnici della casa in affitto, un punto di riferimento per me che sono fuori sede e non conosco nessuno. Anche quest'anno i ragazzi hanno aiutato me e la mia coinquilina a trovare un altro appartamento in affitto, in tempi celeri, tenendo presenti le nostre preferenze e le nostre esigenze. Riassunto: disponibilità, simpatia, efficacia, fiducia. Imbattibili! I met the very nice guys of the Agency in 2020. Dopo che si accaparanno il cliente nn gli rispondono più neanche al telefono, ma sanno tempestarti di telefonate e di messaggi per avere subito il loro compenso super esagerato Rispondo a quello da lei scritto, che volevo pagare successivamente. Forse lei è poco informato, io volevo pagare subito, ma il suo collaboratore non mi ha consentito di farlo, perchè al momento della stipula del mandato mi disse che avrei potuto pagare con carta di credito, invece al momento della consegna delle chiavi si è negato tutto ed ha preteso il pagamento immediato dietro ricatto di non consegna chiavi dell'appartamento. Questa si chiama mancanza di professionalità
