★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un berretto in lana per ben 30€ dopo 2 settimane di attento utilizzo si è allargato a dismisura. Vado al negozio con lo scontrino per chiedere indicazioni e vengo trattato a pesci in faccia ricevendo addirittura 2 pareri contrastanti e a dir poco bizzarri: A- sisi è tutto normale che si allarghino così sono fatti apposta
B-no questa cosa non è mai successa con i nostri prodotti sicuramente sei tu che hai fatto qualcosa di strano, io non posso farci niente non posso sapere cosa ci hai combinato….
Lascio trarre a voi le conclusioni
Bought a wool cap for a good € 30 after 2 weeks of careful use it has expanded dramatically. I go to the shop with the receipt to ask for directions and I am treated like a fish in the face, even receiving 2 conflicting and bizarre opinions: A- Sisi it is completely normal that they widen so they are made on purpose
B-no this thing has never happened with our products surely it's you who did something strange, I can't help it I can't know what you've done with it….
