Nonostante il negozio fosse aperto, per due giorni di fila un signore si è rifiutato di servirmi dicendo di non essere sicuro di avere le taglie da me richieste e di ripassare il pomeriggio. Ringrazio la commessa molto gentile ma dò tre stelle per il mancato servizio I was finally served today on the third attempt to buy a pair of birkenstocks. Although the shop was open, a gentleman refused to serve me for two days, saying he was not sure of having the sizes I requested and of going back in the afternoon. I thank the very kind order but I give three stars for the missed service
