★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia sorella abbiano comprato un paio di sandali in saldo, molto belli e comodi, peccato però che dopo una decina di giorni si sono rotti. Non sono di primadonna ma di un'altra marca. Una stella anche per il personale, poco gentile e per nulla disponibile. Non comprerò più nulla.
My sister and I have bought a pair of sandals on sale, very beautiful and comfortable, too bad that after ten days they broke. I'm not a prima donna but another brand. A star also for the staff, not very polite and not at all available. I will not buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante primadonna abbia belle scarpe con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, devo dare una stella per il personale del punto vendita. Con poca professionalità seguono la vendita, quasi a mettere terrore al cliente che non può toccare nemmeno le scarpe senza che qualcuno gli stia col fiato sul collo. La vendita è seguita non per consigliare il cliente ma semplicemente per mettere pressing e far comprare. Per finire, ho chiesto delle delucidazioni alla cassa ed il signore è stato veramente scortese.
Although primadonna has beautiful shoes with a good value for money, I must give a star to the staff of the store. With little professionalism they follow the sale, as if to frighten the customer who cannot even touch the shoes without someone breathing down their neck. The sale is followed not to advise the customer but simply to put pressure and make them buy. Finally, I asked for explanations at the cashier and the gentleman was really rude.
