★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel in general. For the price. No carpets anywhere in the hotel. But that’s good as it’s easy to keep clean staff where good except the 2 ladies at breakfast lounge.... seemed like they didn’t like foreigners and gave preference to the Italian guests..judging by their interactions and faces they were pulling. Other than that good... I’d stay again... only because of location and price.

Aircon off,plenty of mosquitoes inside the room,internet didn't work and they said that I should go downstairs to check the connection...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there on sept 18 (2021). The service was perfect, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We decided to stay there because we arrived with the car and we heard it is very complicated to park in the city centre.the hotel has its own garage (1€ per hour but max 12€ per day). They also have a parking lot outside which doesn’t cost. We left our car there the whole night and the next day which it was very comfortable for us. We took the bus 28 just 2 min walk from the hotel which left us in the city center. The breakfast was a bit chaotic, but I think it was due to a) corona and b) there was a big basketball tournament and everyone was staying there—> The service was a bit slow in the restaurant but still very friendly.
Very good stay, we would do stay there again! (Sorry, no pics, but looks just like in the other pics)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is good, it takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city center. The rooms are very clean and it is cleaned daily. The breakfast is great and offers a lot of choice and space. The only huge problem is the internet. You always have to log on again and often it does not work. Please try to fix that problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very quite and well maintained rooms. They also have a good room service and cleaning of the rooms will be done everyday. There is a buffet breakfast and it is also decent. Overall, a good place to stay and travel to Florence or Pisa
