β β β β β The hotel room was clean and nice. The staff was hospitable. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes from Bus Terminal and the same as from Piazza Maggiore. Exactly we were satisfied about breakfast and variety of coffee options. We strongly recommend this hotel.

β β β β β This hotel is fine. The rooms were small but clean. The hall and stairs carpets were not great and it smelled of smoke. There was a dead rodent stuck on our shutter when we arrived.
Good location and easy access to city centre

β β β β β A value for money hotel in Bologna.
The rooms are not very big but they are clean with comfort mattress.
Every day we had fresh towels.
The breakfast was OK with variety and good quality products.
A vegetarian traveler will find a few thinks to eat. Maybe not so much but there are some.
The employees in the reception were very kind and willing to serve and answer any questions.
If you book an upper floor room you can have a nice view at the old Town of Bologna.

1 Location-10 minutes walk from center Piazza Maggiore;
2.value for money-3 nights 195β¬ with taxes-2person,
3. very comfortable bed!!!
4. clean room, quite big size, bathroom with toiletries, I was never saw intim gel in 3 stars hotels
5. nice, helpful staff
Negative
1. the carpet on the stairs and on the corridor old, dirty, bed smelling
2. old small elevator but functional:)))
3. the shower was old
4. no breakfast, but main part of the hotels did not offered because of covid situation
5. very noise in the morning because it is in front of supply of goods of Aldi

β β β β β The receptionist was extremely passive-aggressive from the first step in the hotel. I thought about having a big argue "Karen-style" with him, but it was already midnight on my arrival and I was not in the mood for that. One of his many problems was that I didn't use the parking place of the hotel (I reserved a parking slot at the beginning, but because of the car rental prices I decided to use the public transport, something that I mentioned in our chat with the hotel). The receptionist after I said to him in person that I am not going to use the parking, he gone mad and initiated a really passive aggressive monologue, which was the cherry on top of everything... He threatened me, that he will find the place where I parked my car (I traveled by train) and he will charge me then... He even made comments about the type of beds I chose for the double room that I booked. He was a complete and total.... Disaster!!
The room was clean and nice, the bathroom was really big, but the air-condition was noisy.
The morning of our check-out, there was another receptionist who had strange behaviour also...
It seems that the receptionists of this hotel lack of any professionalism and humanity. Good luck staying here!

β β β β β Very good value for money, excellent staff and a great location. I stayed here for 4 night at the end of October 2021 after my initial booking in March 2020 was cancelled at the last minute due to covid. The hotel staff kindly extended my pre-paid reservation for 12 months, and then a further 12 months. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

β β β β β The staff were super nice and helpful! We were able to leave our luggage there before checking in and after checking out, we could print out our tickets without charge and had the possibility to upgrade our room without having to pay extra, in case we wouldβve preferred a single room! We loved staying here and will surely come back :)
