★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flat is extremely badly equipped and the sofa bed is broken. We propped it up with cushions to be able to sleep on it - this made it uncomfortable and slanted. The washing machine is ancient and broken (you risk ruining your clothes if you use it). Equally, the dishwasher does not work. The iron did not work either, and the shower floods the entire room completely every time it gets used. The pressure in the shower is very weak and there is only enough hot water for max 2 people. There was one tiny tube of shower gel and NO OTHER toiletries at all. There is a bakery near by so the whole flat smells strongly every morning. Initially, there were not enough towels or bedding either, as the Russian girl who met us tried to argue we had booked for 3 rather than 4 people (my print out confirmation finally managed to convince her). She also insisted on us paying in full upon arrival. We did ask for an extra set of keys upon arrival, but they were never provided. We tried calling the host Giovanni to flag up the many issues, but we never managed to get through to him so we were unable to complain or resolve any of the issues. Awful place to stay!

Having arrived a bit late at night from our business trip, we were warmly greeted and welcomed to Falegnami Suites. The place is beautifully detailed and thoughtfully appointed in every way, and utterly comfortable. The location was perfect as it was close to the city center. Recommended without hesitation

Staff at the apartment made an effort to make my stay in Bologna a memorable experience. One of the staff who welcomed us on the check-in day were happily helping me plan most days of my trip and I was really thankful for his suggestions.
The apartment is located in the city center. My room on the first floor is modern and well kept. Full set of kitchen equipment is available in the room, which is perfect! This place has everything I wanted for my stay. I will definitely come back here for sure the next time I am in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently staying here. At the penthouse of Falegnami suites. Very cosy room and adorable! It even has an espresso machine and hot tea for the guests! ? the balcony is very nice. The room and the bathroom, super clean.
The owner Giuseppe very kind and helpful. Good house from 1 to 365 days stay. Payment methods very easy and good prices for the rooms! Recommented 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ centrally located, clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. located close to the historical center and shopping avenues, with a large underground parking structure a block away. makes the process of coming to town easier, especially considering fines or special licensing needed if you enter the historic district. the apartment (studio in our case) was fairly large and included a dining table and kitchen. tap water is clean and enjoyable in Bologna. all the major sightseeing is walking distance. there are things to do during the day as well as the evening. most importantly food and all the favorite dishes that originated here . as top notch dining expenses are literally outside the door of this place you have a good home base to take naps and rests between meals. enjoy. I look forward to visiting again
