No sorry, no apologize from the owner, no desire to solve the issue. Had to leave the hotel and also city without seeing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic, but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. It's pretty easy to get to the city centre and back with the frequent buses. Also, they have parking, which was a plus for us.

Very nice little hotel with wonderful little garden where we drink perfect capuccino after breakfast with mmmmm tasty croissant and enjoy italian vine after dinner. Our special thanks to Mr. Michelin for its help about our reservation mistake. He was so kind and at the same time very professional. We already recommended this hotel to our friends. If we come back to Bologna sure to the Hotel Villa Azzura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you just need a place to sleep and having breakfast, by having a daytrip to bologna, it is perfect.
You can park the car for free and take the bus (number 37) for 1.5euro into the city center (about 15 minutes bus ride).
The rooms are clean and the staff is more than helpfull. Even not everybody speaks English, they were always helping in a constructive way.
I gave only 4 of 5 stars because of missing a/c (even you don't expect at two stare hotel for this price). Would maybe have been better, with less than 36 degrees outside. But this is not the hotel's fault, rather than saying it is almost perfect place, but depending on temperature

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're travelling Bologna region by car, this is the perfect place to stay. Easy access to motorways and ample parking facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds. Lovely tree covered garden to enjoy coffee and pastries in the morning.
