R	Roberto Rispoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto ad altri uffici postali della zona (vedi Rovello Porro) sono gentili ed efficienti; meriterebbero 5 stelle se non fosse per il fatto che, molto spesso, si fanno code inutili perché gli impiegati impiegano troppo tempo ad illustrare le promozioni di telefonia mobile. Compared to other post offices in the area (see Rovello Porro) they are kind and efficient; they would deserve 5 stars were it not for the fact that, very often, they make useless queues because the employees take too long to illustrate the mobile phone promotions.

M	Maria Pia Grande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ io ci sono stata poche volte ma ogni volta mi devo trattenere dall'insultarli - assolutamente scortesi - mai un sorriso -specialmente la ragazza si pone sempre in maniera indispettita - arrogante - magari invece di fare sempre polemiche isteriche si preoccupasse di cercare di risolvere i problemi di chi ha davanti - sarebbe un guadagno per tutti -per noi sicuramente anche perchè il suo tempo è assolutamente strapagato - noi per incazzarci e perdere tempo non ci paga nessuno. Soprattutto la direttrice (una donna bionda) dovrebbe imparare l'educazione oppure andare a lavorare un po' in miniera così da farle passare l'atteggiamento da spocchiosa e arrogante!!! Mi sono sentita AGGREDITA appena entrata dicendomi che era IMPOSSIBILE avessi preso un appuntamento telefonico.. E avevo anche il messaggio sul cell... Assurdo.... Voleva sapere lei chi avevo chiamato... Robe da matti... E con che modo poi si approcciava!!! Dovrebbero proprio mandarla a casa magari avendo una capa diversa anche le dipendenti avrebbero un sorriso in più! G	Giorgio Piano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La direttrice prende gli appuntamenti per la sala consulenza di più clienti alla stessa ora. Servizio inesistente così come le scuse per un ritardo di 40 minuti. La scortesia della direttrice è inaudita ho lasciato passare la maleducazione della stessa in passato ora non più. Rispetto ed educazione sono alla base di un buon servizio verso il cliente. Se non le possedete andate o fate il vostro lavoro contro voglia state a casa e lasciate lavorare chi ha davvero voglia di mettersi in gioco! The manager makes appointments for the consulting room of multiple clients at the same time. Service nonexistent as well as apologies for a 40 minute delay. The rudeness of the director is unheard of, I let her rudeness pass in the past now no more. Respect and education are the basis of good customer service. If you don't have them, go or do your job unwillingly stay at home and let those who really want to get involved work!
