In sintesi il confronto è il seguente : a Milano vi è una totale eterogeneità nel servizio degli uffici postali , dall'ufficio nella più totale confusione , sporcizia e/o mancanza di cortesia , e via di gradino in gradino fino a quello efficiente, pulito e ben funzionante . Invece a Cardano lo standard è alto : code sempre accettabili , non eccessive , sportelli quasi sempre TUTTI aperti ( cosa che a Milano spesso NON si verifica) , pulizia dei locali , personale magari non sempre cordiale , ma sempre almeno educato e professionale .
