Questa mattina su commissione del mio datore di lavoro dovevo acquistare un francobollo per una lettera che avrebbe spedito lui (l'unico tabaccaio in centro ne era privo). Da un'impiegata di mezza età di questo ufficio postale mi sono sentito rispondere: "Non mi alzo per andare a prenderle in cassaforte un bollo da un euro e dieci". Questo è il modo in cui sono stato trattato!!! Ma questa gente sa che se lavora è grazie a noi e ai nostri soldi? Sa che avere a che fare con il pubblico implica avere capacità relazionali a partire dalla più elementare buona educazione?? Mi regolerò di conseguenza e quando dovrò fare il prossimo investimento saprò bene dove NON rivolgermi!! Crazy. This morning, on commission from my employer, I had to buy a stamp for a letter that he would send (the only tobacconist in the center was without one).
