Difatti,alcune persone anziane non hanno dimestichezza con internet e chiedono giustamente aiuto per capire le cose . I messaggi inviati su whatsapp ai pazienti hanno toni molto maleducati" mi dispiace ripetere le cose,ma molti pazienti non capiscono ." Mi sa che a capire non è proprio questa signora . Forse i pazienti dovrebbe gestirli direttamente il dottore . I am the daughter of a patient. r	roberta varalli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero Disperata perché avevo dolori alla mano destra insopportabili e altri dottori mi avevano detto che non potevo più lavorare e avrei dovuto fare subito intervento invece il dottore ha capito le mie esigenze e mi ha aiutato tamponando prima il problema è poi operandomi quando potevo non lavorare . Il dottore Ennio e Patrizia sono un team prezioso sono attenti e molto umani cosa che manca ultimamente nelle strutture mediche . Aiutano nel momento del bisogno . Hanno saputo capirmi e comprendere le mie ansie e paure oltre che fisiche anche psicologiche . Il dottore Ennio oltre che essere un medico dalle capacità straordinarie è davvero umano e gentile . E Patrizia riesce sempre a essere presente anche se è oberata di lavoro ! Fantastici ! T	Tiziana Natalini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse siamo stati sfortunati perché avevamo scelto il Dr. Montonati leggendone le recensioni entusiaste ma la nostra esperienza negli ultimi 5 anni è differente. Ci rivolgiamo al medico solo in situazioni estremamente gravi, quindi siamo certi di non essere insistenti o assillanti, eppure è impossibile contattarlo al telefono e non risponde neppure in orario di reperibilità. Siamo dovuti ricorrere al pronto soccorso (con successivo ricovero) per situazioni che forse si sarebbero potute gestire se fossimo riusciti ad ottenere una visita. Siamo stati costretti a chiedere giorni di ferie perché è impossibile anche ottenere in tempi utili il certificato per la malattia. Riceviamo prescrizioni di farmaci tramite chat senza la possibilità neppure di parlare telefonicamente, solo descrivendo i sintomi con sms. Non abbiamo alcuno scopo denigratorio, certamente sarà un ottimo professionista ma l'organizzazione della sua attività è pessima e gravemente deficitaria. We only go to the doctor in extremely serious situations, so we are sure not to be insistent or nagging, yet it is impossible to contact him on the phone and he does not answer even when he is available. We had to go to the emergency room (with subsequent hospitalization) for situations that perhaps could have been managed if we had managed to get a visit. We were forced to ask for days off because it is impossible even to obtain the certificate for the illness in good time. We receive drug prescriptions via chat without even being able to speak by phone, only by describing the symptoms with text messages. We have no disparaging purpose, he will certainly be an excellent professional but the organization of his business is very bad and seriously deficient.
