Mi reco per effettuare un operazione con il libretto postale, l'impiegata la effettua, ma improvvisamente spunta il direttore che mi dice che sono obsoleto, che sembro un anziano con il libretto cartaceo, e che devo farmi la carta libretto. Gli dico che sono di fretta, lui insiste per farmela (nonostante io gli dica espressamente che NON la voglio più e più volte), ma alla fine se ne va, dopo avermi chiesto le informazioni più disparate sulla mia vita privata che non so a cosa gli servissero. Contando poi che gira per l'ufficio chiacchierando del più e del meno, e importuna solo i clienti per parlare di tutto tranne che delle poste. Di una maleducazione e sgarbo incredibile, se non sarò costretto mai più a questo ufficio postale. Really scandalous post office. Al mio arrivo ho scoperto che l'ufficio era chiuso per problemi tecnico ambientali ho segnalato a poste italiane la cosa e mi è stato risposto che per loro l'ufficio è aperto e se voglio scrivo una mail come ho fatto per segnalare la cosa ma ovviamente è un muro di gomma .risultato il cittadino è abbandonato a se stesso Today I went to the post office with a regular online appointment to collect a registered letter which can only be done there. Sono andata via sconvolta e arrabbiata senza aver risolto un problema con la mia carta. Alla fine l'ho risolto online in 30 secondi e lui che dovrebbe essere informato su tutti servizi postali non è stato in grado ne di aiutare ( facendo semplicemente il suo lavoro ) ne di comunicare civilmente e con rispetto. E cmq è molto evidente il malcontento di tutte le persone in fila e dei poveri impiegati Una vergogna! Honestly shocked by the Manager who besides being rude and rude is absolutely incompetent. Il direttore di questa filiale oltre ad essere completamente inadatto e incompetente al lavoro che deve svolgere per tutto il tempo che sono stata all’interno per aspettare il mio turno (un’ora) ha fatto la spola tra dentro e fuori fornendo non so a chi, consulenza al tavolino del bar di fronte!!!! Assurdo e inaccettabile per chi aspetta le ore fuori al freddo senza avere nessuno che si preoccupa anzi appena chiedi vieni aggredito!!! Direttore e 2 impiegate al bar in attesa di sapere se aprire alle 11 oppure no. Il direttore, mi ha chiesto cosa dovevo fare, e mi ha indirizzata all'ufficio postale di Grottaferrata. Gli ho detto che non potevo, che avrei atteso, nel caso avessero aperto. Sono rimasta mezz'ora ad aspettare, ma nessuno ci ha avvisati sul da farsi. Nel frattempo si è creata la fila di persone che aspettavano. Oggi ufficio chiuso per lavori. Qualcuno può risollevare le sorti di questo ufficio? E dare un servizio che funzioni ai marinesi? Alcune delle impiegate passano più tempo a fare chiacchiere da bar con i clienti che conoscono che a eseguire le procedure necessarie a far scorrere la fila chilometrica che ogni giorno si crea al di fuori dell’ufficio. Alcune di queste hanno serenamente consigliato ad alcuni clienti (sentite con le mie orecchie) di scrivere qui delle recensioni negative su altre colleghe impiegate nello stesso ufficio. Un’ora per spedire una raccomandata ed ero l’unico, sottolineo L’UNICO, a dover eseguire questa procedura ed avevo due sportelli a disposizione dedicati a questo tipo di procedura. I conoscenti passano avanti senza curarsi dei numeri forniti dal totem all’ingresso. Direttore che sembra uscito da un film di Fantozzi. Apice raggiunto quando mi ha chiesto di spostarmi da dove ero seduto, con un sedile libero tra me e la persona accanto, entrambi con mascherina FFP2 correttamente indossata, quando le due impiegate davanti a me non hanno MAI indossato la mascherina (una si è anche messa il rossetto e ho la foto che lo testimonia). Grazie a questo tipo di servizio si riesce a tirare fuori il peggio delle persone, che a un certo punto (dopo ore di attesa) giustamente sbroccano.
