Succede tutti i giorni che le persone in fila da ore (solo perché all'interno si entra in pochi e solo perché perché per servire sono lentissimi) anche se già dentro l'edificio ma fuori le porte di sicurezza nel rispetto COVID, all'orario di chiusura non vengono servite più. Uno scandalo con così pochi clienti e piccolissime code da smaltire. E una VERGOGNA!!! Mi auguro che l'ente poste, così efficiente in altre realtà, faccia una Ispezione sul responsabile dell'ufficio e il trattamento di costui nei confronti della clientela e prenda provvedimenti. It happens every day that people have been queuing for hours (only because few people enter inside and only because they are so slow to serve) even if already inside the building but outside the security doors in compliance with COVID, at the time are no longer served. A scandal with so few customers and very small queues to be disposed of. It's a shame!!! I hope that the post office, so efficient in other realities, will make an Inspection on the manager of the office and the treatment of this towards the customers and take measures.

In questo periodo delicato, il cittadino aspetta e aspetta fuori dall'ufficio, rispettando le norme covid, e quando crede che sia giunto il suo turno, le porte non si aprono perché l'ufficio ha chiuso. Basterebbe poco:si potrebbero dare i numeretti, un'impegato potrebbe avvisare i cittadini che aspettano fuori ed invece nulla. I diritti, l'educazione e la responsabilità civica in questo ufficio non esistono. In questo ufficio vige la scortesia, il menefreghismo e la negligenza. M	Matteo Cipolloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto davvero colpito dall'efficienza di questo piccolo ufficio postale di paese.La direttrice è una persona :giovane,disponibile e molto preparata ha risolto i miei problemi in un ora, cosa in cui in un mese e varie visite,altri due uffici postali avevano fallito.Dopo la mia esperienza vi consiglio vivamente di scegliere questo ufficio per le vostre pratiche.Ringrazio ancora il personale della disponibilità e gentilezza. I was really impressed by the efficiency of this small country post office.The director is a person: young, helpful and very well prepared, she solved my problems in one hour, which in a month and several visits, two other post offices they had failed.
