Ecco perché tutte le volte che vado prendo un qualsiasi ticket e non quello legato al conto. Faccio prima. La signora dovrebbe essere piú educata e rendere pregio per il lavoro pubblico che svolge . È bene che la dirigenza lo sappia e prenda provvedimenti , agli sportelli ci sono impiegati davvero professionali e garbati , se la signora non eccelle in rapporti interpersonali con il pubblico ( che peraltro paga i servizi ) le si assegnasse un altro ruolo . Grazie . The lady should be more polite and give value to the public work she does. It is good that the management knows this and takes action, at the counters there are really professional and polite employees, if the lady does not excel in interpersonal relationships with the public (which also pays for the services) she would be assigned another role. Prendi appuntamento online per tutte le operazioni e poi ti dicono che lo Speed non lo puoi fare, ( peccato che il mese prima l ho fatto cosí per me e oggi per mia mamma tutto diverso...ovviamente dipende dalla voglia di lavorare dal cassiere). Personale non al corrente del RdC, del bonus Ristrutturazione al 100% che tanto pubblicizzano. Vergognoso....a casa dovrebbero stare.. The worst mail ever seen ... È del tutto inutile, se al posto di questa posta ci mettevano un teatrino con le marionette riscontrava più successo.
