★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse ero abituato con i dipendenti precedenti...inefficienza massima...in coda fuori dall’ufficio con prenotazione quando sono entrato mi hanno detto che avevano chiamato (vero ma la responsabile ha borbottato qualcosa che non si capiva nemmeno... forse non è italiana...) e mi hanno detto che ormai l’orario era passato e di riprenotare...scandaloso...mi sono lamentato ma l’impiegato non s’è nemmeno scomodato alche me ne sono andato per evitare discussioni che potevano degenerare..
Maybe I was used with previous employees ... maximum inefficiency ... queuing outside the office with reservation when I entered they told me they had called (true but the manager muttered something that you didn't even understand ... maybe not she's Italian ...) and they told me that the time was over and to rebook ... scandalous ... I complained but the employee didn't even bother and I left to avoid discussions that could degenerate..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettare 50min per spedire 2lettere mi sembra esagerato. Clienti che entrano e stanno 30/40 min allo sportello e una vergogna. Serve un sportello dedicato a questi e su appuntamento.
Per fortuna usufruisco di questo servizio solo 2 volte/anno.
Waiting 50min to send 2 letters seems exaggerated to me. Customers who come in and stay 30/40 minutes at the counter and a shame. We need a desk dedicated to these and by appointment.
Fortunately, I only use this service twice a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente lenti, per restituire un pacco amazon 1 ora! Incredibile si fa prima ad arrivare a Bergamo e tornare.
Utilizzano procedure vecchie, e devono fotocopiare 4 volte le cose. Necessitano di un bel corso di aggiornamento e ottimizzazione del lavoro.
Really slow, to return an amazon parcel 1 hour! Incredible is the first to arrive in Bergamo and return.
They use old procedures, and they have to photocopy things 4 times. They need a nice refresher course and work optimization.
