★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo totale...pacco che dovrebbe essere stato consegnato secondo loro il 17.10.20 ma ovviamente mai arrivato. Dicono di averlo lasciato dentro la cassetta delle lettere (impossibile, come dimensioni dati gli articoli non ci sarebbe stato). Alla mia osservazione sulla quale informavo che per accedere alla cassetta delle lettere, interna al condominio, era almeno necessario citofonare a qualcuno per farsi aprire; dicono sicuramente di averlo fatto, sulla base del niente. Palesemente una truffa, si intascano sia i soldi delle spedizioni che i pacchi, che ovviamente non consegnano accampando la solita scusa del "non eravamo obbligati a farvi sapere che..." Alla mia osservazione sulla affidabilità dei corrieri hanno risposto che non "USANO GENTE DI COLORE O EXTRACOMUNITARI PER FARE LE CONSEGNE"!!!! PURE RAZZISTI! IMBARAZZANTE, da denunciare senza ogni dubbio.

They say they left it inside the mailbox (impossible, given the size of the articles it wouldn't have been there). To my observation on which I informed that in order to access the letter box, inside the condominium, it was at least necessary to call someone to be opened; they surely say they did, on the basis of nothing. Clearly a scam, you pocket both the money of the shipments and the packages, which obviously do not deliver using the usual excuse of "we were not obliged to let you know that ..." To my observation on the reliability of the couriers they replied that they do not "USE PEOPLE OF COLOR OR EXTRA COMMUNITY TO MAKE DELIVERIES "!!!! PURE RACISTS! EMBARRASSING, to be reported without any doubt.
