Strangely uncrowded, but understandable, given that it was almost 1pm, competent and kind employees, available to give information.

Metto una stella perché non posso dare di meno, ma se ne meriterebbero 0. Rude staff with little desire to work, and if you ask a question you are almost taken for ignorance, looking at you with a disgusted face to say the least. Gli sportelli ci sono..ma al massimo 3 di operatori su un bacino di quasi tutta Giarre..per cui non gestito in modo appropriato. Lo sportello del bancomat all'interno ..non riescono a mettere una persona che gestisce chi vuol fare bancomat..e ci ritroviamo una fila all'esterno interminabile. Ripeto potrebbe funzionare meglio perché ha un gran potenziale..e gli unici operatori sono garbati e professionali..ma sono pochi. It's an office that would function best if only there were more staff. There are branches… but at most 3 operators on a basin of almost all of Giarre… therefore not managed properly. The ATM inside .. they can't put a person who manages who wants to make an ATM .. and we find ourselves in an endless queue outside. I repeat it could work better because it has great potential .. and the only operators are polite and professional .. but there are few.

Per fortuna con me si permettono poco un'atteggiamento del genere ma povera gente un po' più anziana che rimane amareggiata di simili comportamenti. La direttrice è vero che è più capace ma fa poco pure lei. Sono capace di farti aspettare seccati anche con il tiket prenotato per un'orario ben preciso. Aprono 3 postazioni su 8 e si mettono pure a chiacchierare dei fatti propri anche davanti a te. Non cambierà niente ma volevo esprimere la mia opinione, grazie. Office full of incompetent, irritating staff with little desire to work. The way of addressing people is rude and rude. Anche se non sono riuscito a risolvere la situazione, ho 3 osservazioni molto positive da fare. Punto primo: c'era una direttrice molto agguerrita che bacchettava in continuazione alcuni dipendenti che purtroppo avevano molta poca voglia di lavorare. Punto secondo: non ho fatto neanche 2 minuti di coda. Punto terzo: sono stato seguito allo sportello da una ragazza più giovane di me ma estremamente professionale (oltre che una gran bella ragazza) che mi ha spiegato in maniera completa ed esaustiva cosa avrei dovuto fare per risolvere la situazione. Da parte mia sono 5 stelle, erano anni che non mi capitava di trovare dipendenti seri in questi uffici. I had to go to this office this morning to solve problems with a BancoPosta card. M	Motor extreme passion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da 3 giorni che provo a contattare l'ufficio postale telefonicamente ma niente un 15 chiamate a vuoto senza nessuna risposta, da questa filiale da 3 giorni che spunta una raccomandata importante in consegna ma nulla!!! Veramente vergognoso assistenza pari a 0 For 3 days I have been trying to contact the post office by phone but nothing 15 empty calls with no response, from this branch for 3 days that an important registered letter has been delivered but nothing !!! D	Daniela Pillera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' Operatore dello sportello n.2 si è rifiutato di eseguire un' operazione, a sua detta perché fuori orario nonostante fossi all' interno dell ufficio postale da oltre 40 minuti! Da premettere che tutti gli altri operatori hanno continuato a servire le persone presenti. Mi ha rimandata a lunedì come se le persone non avessero altri impegni che ritornare più volte The Operator of the counter n.2 refused to carry out an operation, according to him because out of hours despite being inside the post office for over 40 minutes!
