Voglio dire all'operatore bionda finda di non accanirsi con i clienti come un pitbul, davvero cattiva e senza delicatezza mi ha obbligato a ridarle un biglietto numerato malgrado fosse il mio turno e poi dopo essere rientrata mi ha detto che dovevo misurare la febbre e poi "forse potevo prendere il biglietto "non serve tutta questa cattiveria siamo in posta non ad Auschwitz. Le consiglio di sfogare questa rabbia in altri modi. Bad counter, bad staff slow and rude, except the very kind and efficient brunette operator. I want to tell the blonde operator finda not to be furious with customers like a pitbul, really bad and without delicacy she forced me to give her a numbered ticket even though it was my turn and then after returning she told me that I had to measure the fever and then "maybe I could get the ticket" you don't need all this nastiness we are in the post office not in Auschwitz. I advise you to vent this anger in other ways.
V	Valeria Puglisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di aver visto il peggio in altri uffici postali ma al peggio non c'è mai fine... La Posta di Zafferana Etnea è indefinibile! Non posso attribuire un giudizio sotto zero solo perché non esiste!!! Disorganizzata, inefficiente piena di gente che attende, ammassata sotto la tettoia con un caldo infernale in estate ed il gelo in inverno, il proprio turno "prenotato" su un pezzo di carta improvvisato sul momento per ore e ore col rischio di aspettare un'intera mattinata per poi sentirsi dire che è giunta l'ora di chiudere e quindi si è costretti a ritornare un altro giorno. E ancora anziani che non hanno l'app per prenotare il proprio turno online che si vedono superare da file di persone che arrivano sul momento ed entrano senza attendere, solo perché sono riuscite a trovare un posto libero con un click. Gente esasperata che perde la pazienza e comincia ad urlare a destra e a manca. Consiglio di andare in questo ufficio postale solo ed esclusivamente perché non se ne può fare a meno altrimenti scappate e andate altrove!!! I thought I had seen the worst in other post offices but there is never an end to the worst ... La Posta di Zafferana Etnea is indefinable! I can not attribute a rating below zero just because it does not exist !!! Disorganized, inefficient full of people waiting, crowded under the roof with infernal heat in summer and freezing cold in winter, one's turn "booked" on a piece of paper improvised on the spot for hours and hours with the risk of waiting an entire morning and then being told that the time has come to close and then you are forced to return another day. And still elderly people who do not have the app to book their shift online who are overtaken by lines of people who arrive on the spot and enter without waiting, just because they managed to find a free seat with a click. Exasperated people who lose their patience and start screaming left and right. I recommend going to this post office only and exclusively because you can't do without it otherwise run away and go elsewhere !!!

Dopo una lunga attesa, circa un ora, in cui assisto a situazioni già un po’ irregolare, arriva il mio turno e invece chiamano il cliente successivo ed ancora più assurdo mi rispondono, avendolo fatto notare, che devo prendere un altro numero!!!!!!! Scandalous !!!!!!! After a long wait, about an hour, in which I witness situations that are already a bit irregular, my turn arrives and instead they call the next customer and even more absurd they answer me, having pointed out, that I have to take another number !!! !!!!
