Il nome della distinta del mittente é stato scritto male , la spedizione é stata presa in carico una settimana dopo rispetto la data di consegna ( fatta in mattinata prima delle 11 ). Servizio clienti pessimo , ha chiuso il telefono dopo circa 3 minuti di conversazione leggermente accesa. Made a registered letter to be sent with Italian post office. The name of the sender's slip was poorly written, the shipment was taken over a week later than the delivery date (made in the morning before 11am). Bad customer service, closed the phone after about 3 minutes of slightly turned on conversation.

Per l'impiegata che effettua gli imballaggi: i barattoli di vetro vanno avvolti nel bubblewrap SINGOLARMENTE. Capisco che ciò richieda più tempo e sia alquanto noioso ma è l'unico modo per farsì che non si frantumino. D'altronde ciò per cui il cliente paga non è solamente la spedizione. They are not capable of packaging. Prompt service, not very attentive and unprofessional. For the employee who carries out the packaging: glass jars must be wrapped in bubblewrap INDIVIDUALLY. I understand this takes more time and is somewhat boring but it's the only way to keep them from shattering. On the other hand, what the customer pays for is not just shipping.
