★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che sono cliente, per la prima volta mi è capitato che per dare informazioni, un impiegato si mostrasse sgarbato! Vergogna! Se siete stanchi andatevene in ferie, o in pensione!
After years of being a customer, for the first time it happened to me that an employee was rude to give information! Shame! If you are tired, go on vacation, or retire!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle e anche meno di zero ...impiegati incompetenti,arroganti e maleducati per una semplice operazione mi hanno fatto ritornare 3 volte ...tra l'altro ero andata lì a fare un reclamo per un pacco ricevuto in condizioni disastrose e loro neanche sapevano che modulo dovevano darmi per fare il reclamo...dovrebbero mandarli a casa...e sarebbe anche poco.
Zero stars and even less than zero ... incompetent, arrogant and rude employees for a simple operation made me return 3 times ... among other things I had gone there to make a complaint for a package received in disastrous condition and they did not even they knew what form they had to give me to make the complaint ... they should send them home ... and it would be too little.
