Se inizialmente eravamo dubbiosi sulla possibilità che un normale cittadino potesse avere a disposizione una struttura che tutelasse i propri interessi, tra l’altro gratuitamente, ci siamo ricreduti dopo avere verificato la disponibilità da parte delle persone che ci hanno indirizzato nella predisposizione della richiesta e la professionalità con cui la stessa è stata trattata.
Il positivo risultato raggiunto, per altro non scontato viste le risposte ricevute in precedenza solo verbalmente, è stata la conferma che qualche volta si può avere fiducia anche nelle strutture pubbliche come la vostra, che funziona.
