Mi ha scartavetrato le unghie tanto che diverse volte ho dovuto ritirare la mano perché per quanto faceva forte con la lima, mi dava bruciore perché il movimento surriscaldava l'unghia. Pellicine tirate indietro con quell'aggeggio di acciaio in modo molto violento. Mi ha preso il pollice ed oltre a stringerlo in maniera assurda per tenerlo fermo me lo storceva!! Ero dubbiosa su due colori di smalto e lei con il viso girato da un lato in silenzio ad aspettare che decidessi, nemmeno chiedermi di provarli come fanno da altre parti! Poi non mi pare nemmeno il colore che avevo scelto! Mai capitata una cosa del genere e ho pagato anche piu di altri posti dove assolutamente oltre ad essere molto professionali, sono simpatiche e delicate! Mai più è stato un incubo.
