Grazie per aver abusato della mia fiducia. Despite repeated requests regarding not applying tracking to a shipment, the package is still sent by shipment, making me pay a surcharge. Quando mi sono recata allo sportello n. 2, dopo aver atteso che la funzionaria finesse la conversazione con la collega, ho richiesto la spedizione con lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, lei ha affermato che il costo sarebbe stato altissimo! Quando ha cercato il modulo nell'armadio alle sue spalle, ha iniziato a lamentarsi perché non lo trovava e a quel punto ho chiesto spiegazioni e lei mi ha risposto in maniera molto scontrosa che avrei dovuto pazientare, negando quello che aveva detto un secondo prima e guardando sempre la suddetta collega bullizzandomi. Alle 16.45 mi ha comunicato che la posta centrale era sprovvista di moduli e che dovevo recarmi in un'altra sede. Lamentandosi per l'ennesima volta con la sua collega preferita perché si era sporcata le mani aprendo i cartoni dei moduli nel retro. Mi sono recata in un'altra sede e il costo era di soli 13€ (quindi non altissimo), in meno di due minuti ho risolto tutto. Ora mi chiedo se sia possibile che la posta centrale sia sprovvista di moduli e che ci siano funzionari totalmente maleducati e scontrosi che dopo 45 minuti di attesa non siano in grado di spedire una lettera ? Ci sono tanti giovani disoccupati e svegli, eliminate gli incapaci!!!!! At 4 pm I went to the post office to send a letter to the United Kingdom. When I went to the counter n. 2, after waiting for the official to finish the conversation with her colleague, I requested the shipment by registered letter with return receipt, she said that the cost would be very high! When she looked for the form in the closet behind her, she started complaining because she couldn't find it and at that point I asked for explanations and she replied very surly that I should have been patient, denying what she had said a second before and looking always the aforementioned colleague bullying me. At 4.45 pm he informed me that the central post office had no forms and that I had to go to another location. Complaining for the umpteenth time with her favorite colleague because she had got her hands dirty by opening the cartons of the forms in the back. I went to another location and the cost was only € 13 (therefore not very high), in less than two minutes I solved everything. Now I wonder if it is possible that the central mail has no forms and that there are totally rude and surly officials who after 45 minutes of waiting are not able to send a letter? There are many young unemployed and awake, eliminate the incapable !!!!!

PERSONALE SEMPRE SCONTROSO, NON DISPONIBILE, NON RIESCONO A DARE IL SUPPORTO CHE RICHIEDI (causa anzianità), MALEDUCATI. Insomma uno scempio. Per non parlare se provi a metterti in contatto telefonicamente, NON RISPONDONO MAI. NON AFFIDATEVI DI POSTE ITALIANE. If I could give an even lower rating than 1 star I would. STAFF ALWAYS DISCUSSED, NOT AVAILABLE, CANNOT GIVE THE SUPPORT YOU REQUEST (due to seniority), RUDE. In short, a massacre. Not to mention if you try to get in touch by phone, they NEVER ANSWER. DO NOT RELY ON POSTE ITALIANE.
