★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando è stato implementato il nuovo sistema di ticket le cose vanno molto a rilento per i non clienti Poste. 25 minuti per ritirare un pacco Amazon contro i 5 minuti impiegati prima dell'implementazione nuova sono troppi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficenti ma lenti , non per colpa dei dipendenti ma sicuramente per i tagli fatti , prima lavoravano tutti gli sportelli ora solo 3 , pochi per la mole di lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inesistenti al telefono e via email. Soprattutto in un periodo come questo dove andrebbero evitati gli assembramenti, si permettono lusso di tenere telefono staccato e di non rispondere. Costringendo le persone a recarsi di persona e a fare file interminabili.
