Gli orari di apertura sono troppo ristretti per la quantità di clienti . Di pro vi è la velocità di disbrigo delle pratiche e la cortesia del personale ! There are so many negative aspects of these offices! They never answer the phone. The membership fee costs € 100 without any tax receipt. The opening hours are too tight for the amount of customers. Ti ascoltano con pazienza, e cercano poi di affiancarti nella soluzione dei problemi, che naturalmente sono innumerevoli. Nelle vicinanze c 'è anche un buon parcheggio. Non rispondono al telefono, tantomeno alle mail quindi è impossibile prendere appuntamento, si è costretti ad andare di persona facendo fila per ore col risultato di essere liquidati molto velocemente. Alla fine ho dovuto risolvere con CAF. 150€ di tessera buttati! mai più!!!! Poor professionalism, very bad experience. Capita anche che hanno interessi privati da anteporre . E' capitato anche qualche che le segretarie dichiarino il falso. Da preferire un qualsiasi avvocato privato e non perdete tempo in questa sede. Sono quindi portato a credere che non siano aggiornati forse sulle regole? Mi scuso, forse il mio giudizio non è professionale, ma sta di fatto che tre associazioni dicono una cosa e solo l' UPPI dice il contrario... Però, ripeto, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Grazie comunque ?
