I called 3 times to ask for assistance for a Patronage service, and 3 times they put me on hold. The telephone is useless.

S	Stefano Cataldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sinceramente mi sono trovato benissimo sia per quanto riguarda l’assistenza che per la velocità nelle pratiche per l’anaspi... ho avuto un problema e subito me l’hanno risolto...devo ringraziare personalmente una signora riccia, credo con occhiali..: e il ragazzo con la barbetta che mi ha assistito all’inizio della pratica... ad agosto.. ci rivedremo sicuramente, ma per portarvi un caffè!GRAZIE ;) I honestly had a great time both in terms of assistance and speed in the practices for the anaspi ... I had a problem and they immediately solved it for me ... I have to personally thank a curly lady, I think with glasses ..: and the guy with the beard who assisted me at the beginning of the practice ... in August .. we'll meet again for sure, but to bring you a coffee! THANKS;)
S	Stannis Baratheon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne esistono di peggiori. Ottengono i risultati migliori per le successioni e gli atti ad esse collegati. Per il resto si deve considerare caso per caso. Il problema più che dei patronati é rappresentato dall'amministrazione italiana. I caf in generale tamponano il danno.... senza sarebbe peggio. There are worse ones. They get the best results for successions and related deeds. For the rest, it must be considered case by case. The problem rather than patronage is the Italian administration. Cafs in general block the damage ... without it would be worse.

E' inconcepibile che non si riesca ad avere alcuna informazione telefonica visto che nessunorisponde al telefono. Ma come è possibile, per una struttura come la CISL che si vanta d'essere la migliore in talia, che qui a Roma non sia in grado di rispondere ad una semplice telefonata? Chi scrive è un iscritto ( per ora ) che reputa inconcepibile tutto ciò. Si paga una quota mensile, come dipendente, per avere un servizio che in talunicasi si dimostra di non essere all'altezza della situazione. Grazie tante. I would like to know why no one ever answers the phone in the Viale Regina Margherita office. It is inconceivable that no information can be obtained over the phone since no one answers the phone. But how is it possible, for a structure like CISL which prides itself on being the best in Italy, that here in Rome it is unable to answer a simple phone call? The writer is a member (for now) who deems all this inconceivable. You pay a monthly fee, as an employee, to get a service that in some cases proves not to be up to the situation. D	DOMENICO GEMITO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato circa un mese fa per mia moglie che va in pensione dal 01/4/2021 e che ha bisogno di regolarizzare il suo estratto contributivo con l’Inps in quanto le mancano 6 anni di contributi versati dal Ministero di Grazia e Giustizia e che non risultano.Inutile dire ancora che il telefono esposto sul sito è inattivo.Ho chiamato il n.verde:800249307 chiedendo un appuntamento con il Patronato ed ho trasmesso tutti i dati richiesti dall’operatore.Io mi chiedo se avete voglia di aiutare le persone in difficoltà oppure vi trincerate dietro alla protezione del sindacato lasciando le persone ad aspettare che arrivi la telefonata che come nel caso di mia moglie non arriverà mai? I phoned about a month ago for my wife who is retiring from 01/4/2021 and who needs to regularize her contribution statement with INPS as she is missing 6 years of contributions paid by the Ministry of Grace and Justice and that It goes without saying that the telephone displayed on the site is inactive. I called the toll-free number: 800249307 asking for an appointment with the Patronato and I sent all the data requested by the operator. I wonder if you want to help people in trouble or do you hide behind the protection of the union leaving people to wait for the phone call that, as in the case of my wife, will never arrive?
