★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è assurdo che c'è limite fino a settembre per inviare i dati per reddito e invalidità e non c'è modo di contattare la cassa portieri. Abbiamo provato email, mandato informazioni, riprovato con una nuova mail chiedendo notizie perchè i giorni passavano e ora nessuno dei numeri indicati funziona ma dà "non raggiungibile", se si tratta di un guasto alla linea o non ricevete email o i messaggi sul sito (perchè anche quelli non funzionano) fate in modo di porre rimedio al problema, e se non dovessero arrivare i dati inviati per il rimborso in tempo per queste ragioni è giusto che non ci siano conseguenze e la scadenza prorogata.
 it is absurd that there is a limit until September to send data for income and disability and there is no way to contact the concierge desk. We have tried emails, sent information, tried again with a new email asking for news because the days passed and now none of the numbers indicated work but it gives "not reachable", if it is a fault with the line or you do not receive emails or messages on the site (because even those do not work) make sure to remedy the problem, and if the data sent for reimbursement does not arrive in time for these reasons it is right that there are no consequences and the deadline extended.
