Non condivido il metodo: si organizzano visite di gruppo, che non consentono una visione attenta dell'immobile, si accettano in contemporanea, secondo quanto riportatomi dell'agente, un numero indefinito di proposte di acquisto, così da ingenerare un meccanismo di competizione tra i possibili acquirenti simile ad un'asta. La mia esperienza di possibile acquirente mi ha mostrato un'enorme attenzione agli interessi del venditore (d'altronde a prezzo più alto corrisponde un corrispettivo più alto per l'agenzia) e scarsissima per l'acquirente. Senza contare che l'annuncio di mio interesse pubblicizzava sul sito Remax un numero di metri quadri superiore a quello catastale risultante dalla visura. Bad experience. I do not agree with the method: group visits are organized, which do not allow a careful view of the property, and at the same time, according to the agent's report, an indefinite number of purchase proposals are accepted, so as to generate a competition mechanism between possible buyers similar to an auction. My experience as a possible buyer has shown me an enormous attention to the interests of the seller (on the other hand, a higher price corresponds to a higher consideration for the agency) and very little for the buyer. Not to mention that the announcement of my interest advertised on the Remax website a number of square meters higher than the cadastral one resulting from the survey.
