Come prima cosa la collaboratrice che mi ha risposto al telefono è stata davvero gentilissima, completamente a mia disposizione a fornirmi tutto l'aiuto possibile. Una volta preso appuntamento ho parlato con l'avvocato, un uomo che definirlo preparato lo sminuirebbe, mi ha aiutato a cercare di risolvere l'accaduto.
