La mattina stessa dell appuntamento mi richiamano dicendomi che il tecnico ha avuto un problema (un certo Daniel) se potevamo spostare il giorno seguente sempre alla stessa ora.Oggi,avendo preso un permesso al lavoro. mi reco a casa inutilmente, in quanto il tecnico né si è presentato né mi ha avvisato. Alle 15,all orario della loro apertura,li contatto (Denise)raccontando dell'accaduto mi viene detto che immediatamente avrebbe chiamato il tecnico e mi avrebbe fatto sapere.NON HO PIÙ SAPUTO NULLA. È UNA COSA VERGOGNOSA.Qui non è una questione di covid(molta gente rifugia nella pandemia tutte le loro maleorganizzazioni e male gestioni).Oggi ho bruciato un permesso per nulla ma ancor di più sono le cose che mi mandano in bestia.Spero che la pandemia faccia il suo corso e li spazzi tutti via.
I call the company, a certain Denise answers me and we contact the inspection on the 10th at 12.30. I bought a motorized Markilux awning and I am extremely satisfied with the product, chosen thanks to the advice and explanations provided by Daniel. The installation work was carried out with precision and cleanliness. I highly recommend buying from Coverture, as it is a serious (family) business with people who are always attentive and very helpful towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sono trovata benissimo con Daniele e la Sua squadra.. ovvio gli inconvenienti, i ritardi, i disguidi possono capitare a tutti e i prezzi sono da valutare di volta in volta; ma (considerato anche il periodo), l'importante è la capacità di rimediare a ogni difficoltà e rendere un prodotto buono e ben fatto e cercare di rimediare anche ai ritardi, e loro così hanno fatto. Prodotto ottimo, progetto ottimo, montaggio ottimo (cantiere... è un cantiere..). Mi raccomando continuate così o migliorate e .. Daniel, se chiamo, corri...:-)
I had a great time with Daniele and his team .. obvious inconveniences, delays, misunderstandings can happen to everyone and the prices are to be evaluated from time to time; but (also considering the period), the important thing is the ability to remedy any difficulty and make a good and well-made product and try to remedy the delays too, and so they did. Excellent product, excellent project, excellent assembly (construction site ... is a construction site ..). Please keep it up or improve and .. Daniel, if I call, run ... :-)

I met “Coverture” by pure chance with a Google search since I needed to buy awnings, and in fact I have read positive reviews which I was right to trust. Their availability and professionalism can be seen from the first contacts, all combined with a lot of kindness. I certainly recommend this activity also because it is possible to find a wide choice of products with many different types and prices, all customizable in every aspect.
