Ho richiesto assistenza per avere la regolare garanzia che tutela ogni acquisto.. Ma mi è stata negata.. Prima rimandandomi al produttore (SIDI), successivamente mi è stato detto addirittura che loro non sono un negozio ma dei privati... E come tali non potevano fornirmi una garanzia sul prodotto venduto.
Boots bought new from them via the eBay platform with relative receipt, at the 2nd use exactly one week after their purchase they started to peel and flake ... I requested assistance to have the regular guarantee that protects every purchase .. But I was denied .. First referring to the manufacturer (SIDI), then I was even told that they are not a shop but private individuals ... And as such they could not provide me with a guarantee on the product sold.
