★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Servizio maleducati e scortesi oltre che incompetenti..Vorrei segnalare il pessimo servizio svolto dall officina Pieralisi di Ancona,
In particolar modo della persona addetta alla fatturazione del magazzino il quale si è reso Protagonista di un comportamento inqualificabile e deleterio Dell immagine Volvo....
Lo stesso che incurante Dell attesa dei clienti continuava indolente a giocare sul cellulare e parlare al telefono di cose private, nonostante fosse stato cortesemente invitato ad emettere la fattura o lo scontrino per l acquisto da me effettuato, rispondeva risentito che era necessario l inserimento dei dati personali Dell acquirente e che l operazione avrebbe preso più di mezz'ora(?).
Sollecitavo dicendo che purtroppo avevo un impegno importante è sarei dovuto andare via a breve e se cortesemente poteva velocizzare per evitarmi un altro viaggio di 50 km (da dove risiedo), lo stesso continuava indolente a perdere tempo in cose inutili e rispondendo al telefono privato.
Nonostante avessi telefonato e preavvisato, è stato IMPOSSIBILE effettuare l ACQUISTO, con la conseguente perdita di tempo, di strada fatta a vuoto e con l'auto bloccata per mancanza di cerina!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato in concessionaria alle ore 19.00, entrando con l'auto ho incrociato un auto che usciva (solo dopo ho capito che si trattava di un dipendente, per la precisione dell'ultimo dipendente che stava uscendo). Dopo aver parcheggiato mi sono recato all'ingresso della concessionaria ma era chiuso, nonostante su internet sia indicato come orario di chiusura le 19.30, inoltre voltandomi ho visto anche il cancello chiuso. Concludendo ho trovato la concessionaria chiusa alle 19.00 nonostante su internet sia indicato come orario di chiusura le 19.30, il dipendente uscendo non ha neanche pensato di avvertirmi che stesse chiudendo, sono rimasto bloccato dentro e sono uscito grazie all'aiuto di un dipendente dell'officina di fronte alla concessionaria che mi ha aperto manualmente il cancello. Considerando che mi ero recato alla concessionaria per valutare l'acquisto di uno scooter non è stato sicuramente un buon biglietto da visita.
