Assolutamente non curanti della priorità della clientela come donne in gravidanza ecc. che in ogni altro negozio vengono invece servite prima. Non essendoci nessuno nel reparto elettrodomestici che fornisse informazioni abbiamo sfogliato un manuale d‘istruzione presente all’interno di un elettrodomestico e il commesso, nonostante fosse impegnato con altri clienti, si è subito precipitato per dirci che era vietato prendere i manuali rimettendolo subito dentro. Quando volevamo allora chiedere a lui delle informazioni è praticamente scappato dicendo che doveva finire con altri clienti. Abbiamo quindi aspettato mezz’ora che finisse la consulenza, poi è andato in cassa per il pagamento e quando pensavamo avesse finito, doveva anche portare giù l’elettrodomestico acquistato dai clienti. Che io sappia alla cassa ci sono i cassieri e a portare giù la merce ci dovrebbero pensare i magazzinieri, non una persona che faccia tutto contemporaneamente! Ovviamente siamo andati via, nonostante avessimo buone intenzioni di acquistare la lavatrice (che non costava proprio 2 soldi). Ho acquistato la stessa lavatrice su Amazon ad un prezzo anche inferiore a quella che era la loro offerta del “40%” e sono assolutamente soddisfatta. Questo è quello che si meritano tutti i rivenditori con personale sgarbato e non orientato verso le esigenze dei clienti!! Di questo passo venderanno un elettrodomestico ogni 2 ore, anziché velocizzarsi per incrementare il guadagno! Spero a questo punto che il negozio fallisca presto. Rude and incompetent staff. Absolutely disregarding the priority of customers such as pregnant women etc. which in every other shop are served first. As there was no one in the appliance department to provide information, we leafed through an instruction manual inside an appliance and the clerk, despite being busy with other customers, immediately rushed to tell us that it was forbidden to take the manuals and put them back in immediately. When we wanted to ask him for information then he practically ran away saying he had to end up with other customers. We then waited half an hour for the consultation to finish, then he went to the cashier for payment and when we thought he had finished, he also had to bring down the appliance purchased by customers. As far as I know there are cashiers at the checkout and the warehouse workers should take care of bringing the goods down, not a person who does everything at the same time! Of course we left, despite having good intentions to buy the washing machine (which didn't really cost 2 cents). I bought the same washing machine on Amazon for even less than what their “40%” offer was and I am absolutely satisfied. This is what all dealers with rude and non-customer-oriented staff deserve !! At this rate they will sell an appliance every 2 hours, instead of speeding up to increase the profit! I hope at this point the shop goes bankrupt soon.

Bella anche l'evoluzione dell'Oral B che adesso ha anche un idropulsore per la pulizia delle gengive (150 €) E tanto altro, frigoriferi, macchine caffè...Questo negozio ha un suo omonimo a Moniga, ma più in piccolo. Io non ho avuto nessun problema con i dipendenti di questo, che anzi volevano aiutarmi. Very assorted shop inside the Italmark of Villanuova, with the latest arrivals of the Dyson, a little expensive but interesting. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera alle 19 e 05 (chiusura alle 19 e 30) chiedo informazioni alla ragazza e rispondendomi si percepiva che era quasi ora di chiusura e al pagamento accettava solo il pagamento elettronico perché i contanti non ne avevano......inizio chiusura saracinesche a metà per far capire meglio alle 19 e 15.......mai più.......

Ma essere rimproverata malamente e essere accusata di essere venuta per farmelo cambiare mi pare eccessivo. E maleducato. Problema risolto. Velocemente. Ma la gentilezza scordata chissà dove.
