★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e professionalità ! Portato per ben 3 volte il televisore a riparare , perché dopo la riparazione puntualmente si ripresentava lo stesso problema ! Non esiste garanzia sui pezzi sostituiti ( se li hanno sostituiti!)... dicono due mesi ? ridicoli , di fatto ho speso 170€ x un televisore che non funziona ! Inoltre , alla seconda riparazione lo hanno sostituito senza nemmeno contattarmi !
 Bad service and professionalism! Brought the TV 3 times to repair, because after the repair the same problem would come back on time! There is no guarantee on the replaced parts (if they have replaced them!) ... they say two months ? ridiculous, in fact I spent 170 € for a TV that doesn't work! Furthermore, at the second repair they replaced it without even contacting me!

Ho portato il televisore da riparare in mattinata esprimendo urgenza visto che appartiene a mio padre e lo usa spesso durante la giornata, sono stato ricontattato nel pomeriggio per la diagnosi ed il preventivo e in serata il televisore era nuovamente al suo posto. Grazie mille davvero!
Kind, helpful and competent people. I brought the TV to be repaired in the morning expressing urgency since it belongs to my father and uses it often during the day, I was contacted in the afternoon for the diagnosis and the estimate and in the evening the TV was back in its place. Thank you very much indeed!
